Yes, all you have to do is show up, sit down, and talk. Our proprietary auto-switching software live edits your podcast or talking head video for you and allows you to leave the studio with a fully edited version ready to upload on YouTube, Spotify, or any other platform.

Pouch 6 Studios employs proprietary and advanced auto-switching software that automatically toggles between recording inputs, such as cameras and microphones, to ensure a continuous, high-quality recording experience. This technology simplifies the production process, enabling creators to focus on their content. The result is a fully edited podcast ready for upload to platforms like YouTube and Spotify, the RAW files from each microphone and camera, and the davinci resolve project file auto-uploaded to a shared Google Drive folder, completed by the end of each business day.

We capture audio with high-end microphones and interfaces, utilizing noise reduction and equalization for clarity. Our digital audio workstations (DAWs) enable precise editing and mixing, allowing for effects like reverb and compression to perfect the sound. For podcast recordings, each participant’s audio is provided as separate, synced studio-quality WAV files, along with a mixed-down single audio file, all included in the service.

We capture footage using cutting-edge video technology, supporting up to three HD video feeds simultaneously. This setup minimizes post-production editing.

No, remote participation is not supported at Pouch 6 Studios.

Podcast Studio: No, using personal recording equipment is not permitted. We supply all required equipment and technology for your podcast/talking head recording.

Photo/Video Studio: Yes, you may bring any of your own equipment.

After your session, we upload the audio/video files to a shared Google Drive folder, completed by the end of each business day. These files are available for download for 7 days. Should you fail to download your files within this period but request them within 28 days of your booking, we may be able to recover them from our server. However, recovery is not guaranteed, and a successful retrieval incurs a $250 fee. Requests made more than 28 days after your session cannot be accommodated, and files will not be recoverable.

Our podcast studio comfortably supports up to three individuals for recording. Recording more than three people at once is not feasible. Non-speaking producers or guests may utilize the studio room or lounge area, subject to space availability.

Yes, we offer comprehensive editing and post-production services for podcasts and talking head videos recorded in our podcast studio. Our innovative auto-switching software facilitates live editing, minimizing post-production needs. We also specialize in creating short-form vertical videos with captions for social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram. You can purchase 4x Alex Hormozi style vertical videos for $199 as an add-on to your booking during checkout.

We have street parking with meters and parking garages in the surrounding area. You can park in any available spot that suits your needs and budget.

Please inform us of any special requests or questions you may have before arriving for your recording session. Our team is here to help make your experience a positive one. We’ll also check the equipment before your session to make sure everything is in good working order.

Our guidelines are designed to ensure a great session for everyone.

These include:

You will be held responsible for any damage to the studio, property, equipment or software during your session.

Minors must be supervised by an adult at all times and are not allowed in the video studio.

Keep voices to a whisper while in the studio lounge during recording sessions.

Smoking and illegal drugs are not allowed on the premises.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Bathrooms are located down the hall to the left of the studio.

Refreshments are available in the studio lounge and you are welcome to help yourself. Food and drinks are allowed, but please clean up after yourself.

No excessive alcohol consumption.

No glitter or confetti allowed.

No parties allowed.

To cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 7 days before your scheduled time to receive a full refund (excluding fees) or to retain your membership/package hours. Cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours prior to the session start will qualify for a 50% refund (excluding fees) or half of your membership/package hours back. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session cannot be refunded. Contact us for any changes at booknow@pouch6studios.com or (512) 200-4130.

If you fail to attend a scheduled recording session without giving prior notice, you will be charged the full amount of the booking. To avoid being charged, you must notify us of your cancellation by emailing booknow@pouch6studios.com.

If you do not show up for your scheduled session without prior notification, you will be charged the full booking price or the equivalent in membership/package hours. To avoid this charge and be eligible for a partial refund or credit, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session starts by contacting us at booknow@pouch6studios.com or (512) 200-4130.

Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled session time.

If you anticipate being late, please reach out to us immediately via email at booknow@pouch6studios.com, or by phone/text at (512) 200-4130. We will make every effort to accommodate you based on studio availability for the day. However, if you are more than 20 minutes late and haven’t informed us, we will have to cancel your session and you will be charged the full fee for the booked session.

 

If you expect to be late, please inform us immediately by contacting booknow@pouch6studios.com or (512) 200-4130. We’ll attempt to accommodate late arrivals within the day’s studio availability. Being over 15 minutes late without notification may lead to session cancellation and a charge for the full booking price. Requests to extend your session to offset a late start will be considered based on availability, with additional charges applied accordingly.

Guests are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes early and may utilize a 10-minute grace period after their session. Overrunning your booked time is subject to studio availability and will incur additional charges applied in 30 minute increments. If the studio’s schedule is fully booked, we will inform you beforehand. For those needing an extra 15-20 minutes for setup or wrap-up, booking an additional hour is advised.

Yes, despite our focus on smart and autonomous studio operations, our dedicated team is available to assist with setup and initiate the recording, ensuring a smooth experience.

Our standard recording quality is 1080p, but we offer 4K recording for an additional $50 per hour. Please bring three of your own SSDs for direct camera recording.

Every podcast booking comes with the live-edited video/audio file, raw files from each microphone and camera, and a DaVinci Resolve project file with synced and cut files. We do not offer separate pricing or packages for raw files or live-edited content alone.

Acoustic enhancements include wall, ceiling, and door-mounted panels, plus a large modern rug for superior audio quality.

Our system is set up to look at the booking details on the calendar and adjust the auto-switching details accordingly. The settings were set to two person vs three person and we didn’t catch it until later. The mics were all working however in the final edited and mixed video that mic isn’t mixed in since it was on the two person setting for a while.

The solution: I uploaded a folder named HOW TO inside the google drive folder and it contains three docs that explain what is what and where everything is located. We upload all of the raw files from each microphone and camera, the final edited video, and the davinci resolve project file. The davinci resolve project file has all of the raw files already synced and cut to what you see in the final video. In this case you’ll want to open the davinci resolve project file and edit it to turn on/off the correct cameras/mics.

  5. You’re all set to book your studio time directly, with no extra cost.
